Non-authentic or fake items are the only circumstance PFC Vintage will offer a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. However, in the rare event you believe you have purchased an un-official replica or fake item from PFC Vintage, please contact us and we'll happily make arrangements to re-analyse the product and if proven to be true we will happily offer a full refund or store credit. It is not our intention to sell replica items. We take pride in our knowledge and ability to tell the difference. We understand many replica or fake items are in circulation and we do our best to avoid them. To distinguish whether the item in consideration belongs to "PFC Vintage Marketplace" please refer to the product title and if it contains "Marketplace" the item is therefore considered a Marketplace item and follows all policies accordingly. Items purchased via PFC Vintage Marketplace can not be returned for any reason other than being deemed not authentic/fake or in the event the description of the product was not accurate. Exchanges are only applicable to PFC Vintage owned items only and excludes PFC Vintage Marketplace items.
As all of the items are second hand we do not offer refunds on any items unless otherwise specified in some circumstances below. The item must be in the same condition that it was originally purchased in or no credit will be issued. The credit will be added to your account once we (PFC Vintage) have received the item. Please note does not include the shipping costs. If you're unhappy with your item for any reason we can issue a store credit to the value of the item purchased within 7 days of receiving your order.
